Abstract: 

Objective Given the importance of skin-to-skin contact between a mother and her baby within the first hour after birth, due to its positive effects on the infant’s health, it is essential to evaluate the implementation of this practice is a crucial step in enhancing the quality of maternity healthcare services, the present study aims to identify the predictors of employee performance in implementing skin-to-skin contact between mother and baby and initiating breastfeeding within the first hour after birth. Methods This is a cross-sectional study that was conducted in 2022 on 99 maternity health Workers at Ayatollah Mousavi Hospital in Zanjan, Iran, and 386 mothers who gave birth at this hospital. Employee performance in implementing skin-to-skin contact between mother and baby and the initiation of breastfeeding within the first hour after birth was measured through self-assessment and interviews with mothers. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, chi-square test and linear regression analysis. The significance level was set at 0.05. Results Self-assessments of employees showed that 32.3% had good performance. More than 40% of mothers perceived the health Workers ‘ performance as good. Linear regression analysis revealed that Working in the maternity block was significantly associated with good performance (β=0.24, P=0.001). Additionally, non-participation in training courses was associated with decreased performance (β=-0.65, P=0.001); Moreover, the regression model showed that mothers with a university education were more likely to perceive health Workers’ performance as good (β=0.22, P=0.001). Also, mothers who did not receive training were less likely to perceive health Workers’ performance as good (β=-0.20, P=0.001).  Conclusion The performance of maternity health Workers Working in the study hospital in implementing the skin-to-skin contact guidelines and initiating breastfeeding within the first hour after birth is relatively favorable. However, it is far from ideal level.

Abstract: 

مدیریت زنجیره تامین در نیمه دوم قرن گذشته توسعه فراوانی یافته و در قرن حاضر نیز این توسعه ادامه داشته است. یکی از زمینه هایی که امروزه مورد توجه فراوان قرار گرفته است، توسعه و انطباق روش های کنترل تولید و موجودی با فلسفه تولید بهنگام در سطح خطوط تولیدی و به منظور کنترل مناسب جریان مواد و محصولات در سطح زنجیره تامین است. به همین منظور در این مقاله سعی میشود تا سیاست کششی- فشاری کار در جریان ثابت(CONWIP)  با شرایط زنجیره تامین تطبیق داده شده و در انتها مدل فوق بهینه سازی گردد. در فرآیند بهینه سازی نیز با توجه به ماهیت پیچیده زنجیره تامین، از روش بهینه سازی شبیه سازی و الگوریتمهای ژنتیک و جستجوی محلی هدایت شده استفاده خواهد شد که انعطاف پذیری فراوانی را به منظور حل مساله دارا می باشند. در انتها نیز نتایج اجرای مدل مورد بررسی و تحلیل قرار خواهد گرفت.

با این که مفهوم بهره وری همیشه مورد بحث بوده، اما اغلب در آن ابهام وجود داشته و درک آن مشکل بوده است. در عمل، این همان فقدان دانشی است که نتیجه نادیده گرفته شدن نفوذ بهره وری در فرآیندهای تولیدی توسط برخی می باشد. هدف از این مقاله بحث در مورد معنی اصلی بهره وری و همچنین ارتباط آن با واژه های مشابه دیگر است که می تواند در مباحث تعاون نیز بکار برده شود. یافته ها نتیجه بررسی بهره وری بر اساس ادبیات دهه گذشته می باشد. مقاله توضیح می دهد که چگونه محققان ابهام مفهوم بهره وری را توضیح داده و یک واژه شناسی جدید برای آن ارائه می نمایند.

Abstract: 

Developmental performance appraisal pays especial attention to employee's appraisal reactions. In this appraisal, positive reaction and positive feelings towards appraisal approach is an indication of performance appraisal success. This performance appraisal consists of goal setting and feedback activities. In Developmental goal setting and feedback, employees recognize them as clear, relevant and understanding activities. The aim of this research is to investigate the relationship between developmental performance appraisal and Work performance and the influence of affective commitment, intrinsic motivation and autonomy orientation to this relationship. The research was conducted in a regional manufacturing firm in Iran and data was collected by utilization of a standard questionnaire. Before distribution of the questionnaire, appropriate techniques were used to assure acceptable reliability and validity of the instrument. Results from survey showed that the relationship between developmental performance appraisal and Work performance was mediated by employees’ intrinsic motivation, and strongly moderated by their autonomy orientation. For employees with a weak autonomy orientation, the relationship was positive, but for those with a strong autonomy orientation, the relationship was negative.
